Marketing Manager - Part time vacancy: November 2024

Location: Banbury

We are looking for a part time Marketing Manager for a permanent role, who is creative, adaptable and flexible with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in marketing in architecture or a similar design related industry. Also, have CIM membership or working towards this.

 

Status: Permanent, part time

Location: Central Banbury-  18a S Bar St, Banbury OX16 9AF

Report To: Director

Hours: Part Time – 20 hours per week; flexibility over working hours and days

Salary: £20 – 22 per hour subject to experience

The opportunity:

Due to continued business growth, we are looking to expand our team.  We have an exciting opportunity to progress your marketing career in the Architecture sector. 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain the practices presence in the public & industry’s eye.
  • Convey the practice in a carefully crafted desirable manner.
  • Lead sustainable growth within the Marketing Department.
  • Consider and help set department budget.
  • Lead/ deliver social media campaigns.
  • Lead/ deliver all marketing initiatives.
  • Actively look for and lead architectural competition entries and awards.
  • Maintain and update the company’s website and prepare for next one.
  • Maintain practice profile on third party sites incl. Houzz and RIBA ‘find an architect’.
  • Develop & maintain links & synergies with Clients, RIBA, Universities, Consultants, Suppliers.

If you have

Essential:

  • Have proven marketing manager experience ideally at least five years in a relevant design or architecture related field
  • To understand, design and have an interest in Architecture and being able to positively convey it into different target market sectors, through carefully crafted material.
  • Project Management
  • Ambition
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • IT skills: including Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Mail Chimp and Social media content. Website software training to be given.
